I missed my flight from Bangkok to Ubon as my previous connecting flight got delayed The hotel manager was kind enough to cancel my previous booking and not charge me for that extra day penalty fee which he could have done

close to the centre, clean efficient room. and as a surprise breakfast was included (in booking it said without breakfast)

Comfortable hotel with good sized room at a reasonable rate. Staff very kind and helpful. Location near centre, the Mun river and also short drive from/to airport.

Our family of 4 had 2 rooms for 1 night. They were large, clean, and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel. The manager was very kind and gave us free breakfast.
